Cheesecake is done, roasted broccoli with paprika-sherry vinaigrette and marconas is done, burrata dish coming along

I'm not sure I'm going to do much, if anything, with the salmon tonight as we've got a batard, the burrata dish and this fabulous roasted broccoli. The cheesecake is for a gals coffee tomorrow + a tasting slice for you, JL. Yuuummm.....
