Dinner a'go-go

Our night to cook and so I made zucchini-beef-yogurt casserole, bacon-wrapped figs and blue cheese, roasted peaches with mint-pistachio pesto and angel food cake with vanilla strawberries and whipped cream. Very satisfying to be sure.

And this sunset is to die for, yes?

Awesome salad, beautiful sunset

What a gorgeous sunset- a perfect cap to a beautiful and fun last day here. We also had a fantastic dinner: grilled shrimp, fish, ribs, sauteed summer squash and this amazing salad I made and will definitely make again. I will also share the recipe with you. FABBBBB!!!! Roasted peaches, mozzarella, arugula, pistachios and a balsamic-agave vinaigrette.
