My last Canning 101 class of the summer will be held on Saturday, August 19, from 10am - noon. Just four spaces remain, so register now for what is always a wonderfully fun, educational two hours.
Spring and summer produce really are on the horizon. Canning is a great way to save seasonal stars for later. This Saturday, May 13, at Strosniders in Bethesda, I'll be teaching Canning 101. We'll make strawberry rhubarb jam from start to finish. All are welcome, the class is free. Register here.
