Some random midday thoughts

1) It is so liberating to unsubscribe from listservs, catalogs and other things that clog your virtual or real mailboxes!2) Anytime you come across a great pair of black pants, buy them, especially if they are on sale. Good, well-fitting black pants are harder to come by than I would have imagined. 3) My recent batch of brandied peaches is fabulous. 4) The weather in Portland is magnificent right now. 5) I cannot wait to get there. 6) Oliver is sleeping, I swore I would exercise but I think instead I might take a little snooze. Yawn!
