Plum jam
/I'm not as versed in using pectins in jams, and I'm not sure I'll be a convert. This plum jam has a lovely flavor, but the consistency is more like that of apple butter. I really like apple butter so I think, more than anything, the end result today just didn't match the expectations I had. So, I rename this Spiced Plum and Port compote. Another apology for any site outage you experienced today. T was installing a firewall, and we had to take things down for a bit. Now things are back and better than ever!
