Pizza night

Peeps, thyme pesto + mozzarella + mushrooms = good pizza/nice variety. We threw in a sliver of margherita and T did some of my meatballs + artichokes at the end. Delicious. How do you feel about Petite Sirah? It is finicky but can be so good. Tonight we opened the Parducci True Grit, a woody petite sirah that we both quite enjoyed. Parducci is a very environmentally-friendly vineyard which is always a nice bonus and something to cheer.
