More canning is coming

I'm going to pickle some beets, cucumbers and okra and can't wait. Have y'all had pickled okra? It is to die for. I can sit in front of a jar of it and wipe it out veeeerrry quickly. There's also more peach-apricot-almond jam on the horizon...
