Fabulous dinner of crab salad and parsnips

I cannot even think of eating another bite, and you might now have a sense of what that means coming from me. Wow- great meal, but I am stuffed. The crab salad was lovely!!! T scarfed his down. I adore bitter salad greens and with the egg dressing and crab? Delish! For our side, I decided to roast some parsnips but didn't want to just go the regular olive oil-salt route. Instead, I took a leap and made a dressing of olive oil, kosher salt, brown sugar and crushed rosemary, tossed the parsnips in that until coated and roasted until tender. Love this! I'll share both recipes later. Off to watch Bill Maher from last night- yee haw!
