Egg dressing for crab salad
/This is SO good and is so pretty. Egg yolks, mustards, hot cream, a bit of cayenne and EVOO whisked over a double boiler into an aioli dressing. YUM! Can you imagine this tossed with jumbo lump crab meat and served over a mix of shaved celery, radicchio, endive and frisée?! Chives and thin Meyer lemon slices to top it all off. I cannot wait!
