Eric Ripert would sue me for this dish

Eric Ripert, artist with fish, chef extraordinaire, would definitely give me the boot from his kitchen for this dinner, the most devoid-of-flavor meal I've made in quite a while. Wow! Looks pretty, and the fish -hake- had a great steaky, flake to it, but damn friends, this was boring as get out.They can't all be winners.
