What a gorgeous sunset- a perfect cap to a beautiful and fun last day here. 
We also had a fantastic dinner: grilled shrimp, fish, ribs, sauteed summer squash and this amazing salad I made and will definitely make again. I will also share the recipe with you. FABBBBB!!!! Roasted peaches, mozzarella, arugula, pistachios and a balsamic-agave vinaigrette. 
It's just glorious outside today, so Oliver and I dined al fresco after I picked him up from school. This sandwich was unreal- yo! Toasted country bread, tomatoes, arugula, radicchio, mango mustard, caramelized onions, Bûcheron. T worked from home this morning, and before he left for the office, I made him a sammy with ham, the mango mustard and onions, tomatoes and Jarlsberg.
