Rhubarb-cherry chutney making has commenced, one chocolate cake in the oven
/This cake smells to the heavens; it’s about to come out and then I’ll get #2 going. Jack detests buttercream icing (literally will not eat cupcakes or cakes that have it atop), so I have found a mascarpone-whipped cream frosting recipe that sounds great.
As well, Christine, sent me a great sounding Rhubarb Chutney recipe, so I’m going to adapt it slightly based on the facts that I don’t have much crystallized ginger on hand and also I want to use some of these sour cherries. Yum!
