Strawberry-Rhubarb cobbler in the oven

Mamma mia, it smells good in here! I chopped up some strawberries and rhubarb and made a wonderful buckwheat-oat crumble topping to top off the fruit. Mom and Jack arrive in a couple hours, and Mom is allergic to wheat; so, I hope the buckwheat will taste good to her!
