Well, I just had to do something with the salmon, so I made many burgers. Mmm...
If you have a Kitchen Aid but not this grinder attachment, consider it. Very useful! 
To the ground salmon, add chopped spinach and feta cheese. Then, form into patties and freeze or grill and enjoy! 
Tomorrow's One Day Deal at participating Whole Foods is freshly caught Coho salmon! Usually $16.99/pound, it's $8/pound off tomorrow! So, stock up, grill it and also make some salmon-feta-spinach burgers.
Also, DC-area foodie folks, remember that if you're a fan of Marcus Samuelsson, he'll be signing his new book tomorrow at the Tenleytown Whole Foods from 12-1.
OMG, new recipe for you. Green garlic-infused oil + preserved lemon + thyme + asparagus. 
Fab! I will post. The salmon burgers were delicious, especially with a daub of mango honey mustard, and lastly, we enjoyed my coriander sugar caramelized Asian pears. The pie is chilling, and I am soooo excited.
