Homemade peppermint patties

Jack and Ol will return to school tomorrow, just in time for J's Halloween parade. Yay! He was so excited, so I'm happy for him. Both boys are Captain America this year. In any case, I'm to bring a treat for the after-party so just made these homemade peppermint patties, aka York mints. Pretty, yes? And absolutely delish!
