Finally pie, meatless Monday veggie mains

T and I watched A Dangerous Method last night and enjoyed a Meatless Monday feast, including a wonderful new Pinot he discovered and the elusive French Silk pie (why the run on Tru-Whip?). The movie was well-acted though slightly disturbing (Jung-Freud-affairs-etc), these beets with horseradish vinaigrette -a la Nancy Silverton- never disappoint, the tomato salad did disappoint but ah well, and the wine and pie were delish!
