Aren't these dainty? They tasted as lovely as they look. T is not a big fan of pumpkin-stuffed pasta which I usually do with a butter-sage sauce, so tonight I used a recipe that sauces the pasta with butter, crème fraîche and pepitas. A lovely primi. For our secondi, we had the last chicken Kiev. Truly awesome. I'm considering making rum balls...
