/I am having a crazy intense yen for some torta della nonna, I think because I never had a really great one in Italy which left me disappointed, to say the least. So, I will be making one pronto. As well, I just came across a recipe for avocado, cornmeal and lime cakes dressed with tomato, red onion and lime cream. Right?! And lastly, T bought a Groupon for some Ibérico ribs so I just picked up a large rack of them. Not much of a rib girl, I am, nonetheless, determined to enjoy these puppies. Apparently, this Ibérico de bellota breed is a Spanish hog which, during the fattening season, feeds almost exclusively on acorns. These ribs are supposed to be incredibly tender and flavorful, so with them I'm going to make a Sticky Balsamic Rib recipe I've found. Sounds good!
