Tarragon-lemon roasted carrots, radish buffet

The carrots just emerged, steaming and fragrant, from the oven. Yum. I love lemon-roasted carrots, but tarragon and carrots have the same sweetness about them so I thought it'd be a nice coupling, a bit of an update to the regular. And I wanted to get the radishes washed and readied for later when I sear them and then douse them in anchovy-garlic sauciness.
