Prunes done, tomatoes oven-drying now...

The prunes are cooling and smell absolutely amazing in all their orangey-cinnamon gloriousness. And these tomatoes...oh man, they smell fabulously too. Aren't they pretty? I added some garlic because I adore roasted garlic but will probably just smear it on bread for a snack later rather than use it in the cured salad.
