Potato success!!

OMG, look! I actually grew potatoes. These are the purple majesty variety, a relatively new potato (2006) from Colorado. Apparently it contains huge amounts of antioxidants, in addition to being such a wild shade of purple inside.

This was the first crop- after rooting around for these, I couldn't handle the mosquitoes anymore. More for later!
