Potato-leek gratin, steaks

Well, this was all quite tasty. This potato-leek gratin was really good, would be great with bacon if you're that kinda eater, and would make a lovely side for many a'meal. The steaks were solid as well, especially with the chutney and cognac'd mushrooms. And now appeltaart!
