Pizza Monday

Ooh, I put a leek confit-goat cheese concoction on half my pizza tonight, and it was goooood. I did a margherita on the other, and T did a salami margherita. Leeks are awesome. They are such an underused ingredient. We're going to take an after-dinner walk right now because, as T says, "we can." I'm getting the boys tomorrow and will love to see them, but this has been an awesome little holiday. Aah. Do you know another awesome oldie song? "Brandy" by Looking Glass. Great freaking song. I listened to SO much music today- it was really fun.
