One week from today, we'll be cruising into the Willamette
/Oh lordy, friends. I have already been up for more than an hour (it's now 7:01am) and have found some solace in perusing the menus of restaurants we'll be enjoying in OR next week. How good do these dishes sound? GREEN SALAD dried cherries, red onions, roasted filberts, muscatel vinaigrette, pecorino KING SALMON black rice, fiddleheads, snow peas, ramp béarnaise BLACK KALE & PINENUT CANNELLONI pearl onions, oregonzola, celery salad, piquillo peppers SPRING RAMP AGNOLOTTI pork cheek, black trumpet mushrooms, pickled ramps
It just goes on and on....
