/Although I am committed to Meatless Mondays, 90% of my days are meatless. As such, and because my little body is crying out for some steak, tonight will be filet night. How good does grilled filet with my homemade sour cherry-rhubarb chutney sound? And with a side of risotto with green radicchio (from my garden)? Bene!
