OMG, more ricotta on the way
/People, I can't stop making this ricotta. More is coming together on the stove now. My newest obsession is to eat it with poached figs (those I made two days ago) for breakfast. Insane! As well, I am going to make this recipe tonight: Baked Ricotta and Goat Cheese with Candied Tomatoes. How fabulous and unctuous does that sound?! Cannot wait!
