Oh my bucatini
/I spied leftover meatballs in the fridge tonight and then saw the bucatini from the Philly Italian market in the pantry. The meatballs are magnificent as ever but the surprise star tonight is this incredible bucatini- one of my fave pasta shapes anyway, but this one, an import from Naples, is just perfect: chewy, creamy, a great base for the sauce. Aah!
