Kale-stuffed flatbread, Caribbean bass-- all delish

Ooh, la la. My vision came to fruition in this tasty dish: honey-glazed sea bass atop avocado and pan-seared pineapple, scallions and habañero. I'm going to be honest and tell you that this was luscious. We didn't have any bread here, and I wanted some. I also wanted a veggie side. Yoo-hoo- why not merge the two desires? So, I did. I made a fontina- and red-pepper flecked flatbread into which I rolled sauteed kale and a little olive oil. Then I cooked it on our pizza stone in a hot oven. Friends, this was also delicious. I will post these recipes later, but for now, I'm off to watch the tube and digest.
