Jimmy Kimmel, strawberry-rhubarb business on the way

Did y'all see Jimmy Kimmel's roast from the White House Correspondent's Dinner on Saturday? We watched it last night and were in stitches at least 50% of the time. Best quote -JK talking about Rick Santorum- "he may not have won the nomination, but he succeeded in getting his message out, not just to Americans, but to people all a'flat the world." HAH!

At present, I am making two strawberry-rhubarb concoctions: tartlets and a lemon pound cake with a strawberry-rhubarb swirl. Mmm...I chopped the rhu into these strawberries, stirred in some sugar and let it all macerate for two hours. Now, half is cooking and into the cake it will go...
