Fantastic new pizza recipe

Oh.My.Goodness. Tonight, I wanted to both change things up and dispose of ingredients now having lingered too long in the fridge, so I decided upon the Southern pizza. Bacon, sautéed collards, the last of the oven-roasted tomatoes, and, per the usual, garlic, EVOO and buff mozz. Let me reiterate. Oh.My.GOD! This was divine. We grilled the pizza which lent an incredibly complementary flavor to the bacon and greens. I would have been thrilled to have ordered, received and paid for this in a restaurant!
