Dinner was good- salmon burgers, cauliflower mish-mash and grapes

A very solid dinner all around. T loved the burgers but felt totally ambivalent about the cauliflower dish. I just love those shallots so much I could eat them on sticks, so with fresh ricotta and roasted veggies, I liked it. But not a top-10er.
