Dinner tonight
/It's such a pretty day here- the breeze earlier felt almost like a teeny bit of fall peeking in. Not sure it's quite time for that but it was lovely.I just prepped the veggies for tonight's Summer Corn Pudding and Roasted Broccoli with Smoke Paprika Vinaigrette and Marcona Almonds. Both look delicious. For our main, I'm thinking of doing this terrific recipe Melissa Clark published in the NYT Dining section a year or so ago. It's a Coconut Barley Pilaf with Chicken, Cashews and Corn, and T and I liked it quite a bit. Also thinking a Rosé would be lovely with all this!
