Ooh la la, this jambalaya is spicy and good! I'll post the recipe soon, but in the meantime, Jack approves and said not to let anyone else have a taste before tomorrow. I'm also noodling on an idea: grilled radicchio topped with brûléed grapefruit and aged balsamic. Sound good?
