I just delivered a spread of really gorgeous food and am quite jealous that I won't be having the very same stuff for my own dinner: the leek confit and aged goat cheese tart, Julia's chocolate-almond cake and such a beautiful selection of tea sandwiches- apple chili chutney, roast chicken and sharp cheddar, roast chicken with tarragon-shallot mayo and toasted almonds, and marcona almonds with fig spread and a young goat cheese. Maybe I'll make myself a plate of those sandwiches for dinner, actually. I think T has a work dinner anyway...
