Buttered bread

As if I've not had enough buttered bread today -the Texas Toast-type o' bun on which lobster rolls are served is as good as the lobster salad- I decided I must make biscuits. Granted these are made with spelt flour and Greek yogurt but do also contain 1 stick of butter. The smell incredibly, and on half I layered in ground coriander and fresh cilantro (left the other half plain). Ooh, la la, I will let you know how they taste after they emerge from the oven.
