Apple butter is scrumptious
/People, this is darn good. Wow! Isn't the color amazing? To think these were Galas and one Ginger Gold apple to begin. I really do think I'm going to the apple butter-apple tart I mentioned earlier. What if I grated some cheddar into the crust dough? Might that be a lovely, crusty foil to the appley interior? I will let you know!
