Ok, I’m not going to lie. The cherry-cardamom jam is RIDICulous. Oh lordy. That’s what I’m going to do with the rest of the cherries I have. Here is a poor-quality picture of it spread on some Spanish goat cheese spread on a hazelnut-fig cracker. It is soooo good.
