When serving this dish with something hearty like the coriander flatbreads, I opt not to make the mango-jasmine rice. Instead, I serve fresh, cubed mango on the side of the chicken and make extra yogurt sauce from the remaining herbed oil that’s the base of the marinade.

    I just made this and it is fantastic!!!!!!!! YUMMY!! Instead of the rice, I curried some split soy beans, caled Moong Dal Chilka, and cooked them with the parsley pesto sauce the recipe asks for, along with some curry and other indian spices. Then at the end, I threw some of the yogurt sauce in as well! A fabulous meal! Thanks Em!
