Yotam’s Lime Butter

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
grated zest of 1 lime
1.5 T lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 T chopped cilantro
1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 tsp chile flakes (I used crushed red pepper)

Put the butter in a medium bowl and beat with a spoon until soft and creamy. Stir in the rest of the ingredients to incorporate. I then put it in a cute ramekin. Yotam says to chill until firm. I didn’t do that but did chill the remaining butter which lasts well and is good on everything!
