Sage-Pine Nut Pesto

Summary: Just ridiculously good, any way you look at it

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c, packed, fresh sage leaves
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3-4 small cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 c toasted pine nuts
  • 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Put everything except the EVOO in a food processor and blend. Then, with the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until you have a nice pesto. Serve with pasta and/or grilled salmon, or whatever else sounds good!
