Ramp-Red Wine Vinaigrette

Summary: A really tasty vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 ramps, white bulbs and purple stems, chopped
- 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/6 + 1 T red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Whisk everything together and toss with a pretty salad.
Makes (yield): about 3/4 of a cup
