Summary: A really tasty vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 ramps, white bulbs and purple stems, chopped
  • 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/6 + 1 T red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Whisk everything together and toss with a pretty salad.

Makes (yield): about 3/4 of a cup
