Summary: Absolutely fabulous compound butter for use on grilled strip steaks and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 3 T butter, softened
  • 1 T fresh thyme leaves
  • 2.5 tsp preserved lemon, minced
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients and place on a piece of saran wrap. Roll up into a log and place in the fridge. You can make it the night before so the flavors have time to blend even more.
