Mango Salsa

Especially good on a steaky white fish like Halibut
2 champagne mangos, finely chopped
1/2 – 1 jalapeno, diced (amount dependent on love of spice)
fresh lime juice
s&p
ground cumin
2 T chopped cilantro
1/4 c chopped red onion, optional
Mix all together about 20 minutes before you’ll need it. Serve atop fish or whatever you like. This recipe makes enough for 2 people.
