Recipe: Chimichurri Sauce
Summary: Delightfully flavorful sauce for meat, eggs, whatever!
- 1 c (packed) fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 c (packed) fresh cilantro
- 1/2 c EVOO
- 1/3 c red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Puree all ingredients in processor. Can be made 2 hours in advance; cover and let stand at room temp. This also lasts well in the fridge!
