Chimichurri Sauce

Recipe: Chimichurri Sauce

Summary: Delightfully flavorful sauce for meat, eggs, whatever!

Ingredients

  • 1 c (packed) fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/4 c (packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 c EVOO
  • 1/3 c red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Puree all ingredients in processor. Can be made 2 hours in advance; cover and let stand at room temp. This also lasts well in the fridge!
