Emily is delivering home-cooked meals for my elderly parents, who are enjoying her care in meeting all their dietary needs. Variety, flair and tasty.

It’s Always Mardi Gras.
Em-I-Lis just provided a great Louisiana-style lunch for for a workplace celebration. Gumbo, red beans and rice with andouille, and all the trimmings. The pies also were excellent. I have one suggestion. You must order at least double the amount of bread pudding you think you need. It was a show stopper. Great food. Excellent value. Emily was a pleasure to work with, especially for someone who hasn’t worked with caterers.

Emilys catering for 40 people Open House
WE liked it all. Specially the tea sandwiches, onion tarte and tomato pie. The strawberry cheese cake was a great success.
Special dinner for a tough crowd
Our Christening dinner was a fantastic success and the food brought us all together! Bringing multiple facets of our family together to celebrate the newest grandchild was easy, but feeding the ages/diets/allergies/limitations etc was a challenge. Emily was very patient and had great suggestions….. Food with fantastic flavors fit the bill and even surprised a few folks. We can’t wait to call again….

brussel sprouts galore
Our Thanksgiving tradition now includes Emili’s Brussel Sprout Salad – a fantastic addition that everyone has come to expect and demand, even those who don’t have a hankering for brussel sprouts.

Go Emily. The cakes, lemon and strawberry, were the best ever. The shaved asparagus salad was totally consumed on the first round. Emily was so co-operative about the arrangements. She made everything easy and delicious. I say try her. It makes entertaining so much easier and more beautiful. Jane Brashares

pick up food for women’s dinner for 24
Everyone loved everything. Goat cheese and leek tart out of this world – chocolate cake granache a big winner with the crowd and everyone loved the tea sandwiches – the best was chicken with taragon -shallot mayonaise. Loved that it was delivered to door on platters I could use so did not have to switch anything and that Emily was flexible in planning for number, etc. All in all – great experience. Costs very reaaonable.

Emily’s Food is Fabulous
I have been very fortunate to have eaten many of Emily’s treats and they are without exception fabulous. The scones and jams are delicious. The pickled vegetables are unique. Something so different for an hors d’oeuvre. My guests loved them — pickled carrots with ginger, pickled beans with dill, pickled okra, and pickled watermelon rind. I have had wonderful tea sandwiches and leek pie. The chocolate-almond cake with chocolate ganache frosting is unbelievable. So is the oatmeal pecan pie. I highly recommend them both. Everything that Emily makes is fabulous. She will deliver the dinner and plate it for you using her plates or yours. Try Emily. You will not be disappointed.

An Unbelievable Wedding Shower
Working with Emily on my niece’s wedding shower was wonderful! I told her to just plan the whole thing..and SHE DID! She offerred me a few menus to choose from, and from there she was off, baking, cooking and creating a gorgeous spread for our party. It is such a great experience to work with someone who is such a serious foodie! Down to the last detail,… it was perfect. Our menu consisted of: Chardonnay Poached Salmon with a beautiful cream sauce, a light caper spiced potato salad, a fresh arugula salad with roasted peaches and mozzerella, beautifully baked bread and bread sticks, watermelon and lime lassie (didnt know what that was, but it sounded great, and it was great: watermelon , lime and yogurt, very light smoothie drink) and of course, delicious desserts ( caramel walnut chocolate tart and grapefruit tart). Emily’s touch can be seen the gorgeous display of delicious food, can be tasted in the very fresh authetic organic foods, and can be felt in her honest love for cooking! I have used plenty of other catering companies for parties, and by far this was the best food I have ever served. Everyone commented on how special and memorable it was! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her for any event!

Office Lunch
Emily\’s food couldn\’t have been more tasty or the presentation move lovely. Many folks approached me after the lunch raving about the food and asking for Emily\’s name and number. Emily was wonderful to work with and gave me confidence that everything would go smoothly — and it did. I am trying to figure out another celebration so that we can work with Emily again
