So, the blood orange-Prosecco concoction never congealed. I suspected that might happen so today re-processed it all with more pectin and then in the waterbath. Success! Isn’t it pretty?!

    This looks like pretty awesome jelly. I’m imagining it with a delicious triple creme or maybe even a tangy chevre, yum.
