Man, I just love really good, unpretentious food. We hit the jackpot today at this food truck in Newberg, Uprooted. Tom got a burger on brioche, I the bacon-avocado sandwich with balsamic onion marmalade, and we shared an order of truffle fries. Freaking amazing people. We will definitely be returning!
